We then discuss the redesign direction, define the scope in writing, and confirm the concept before work begins.

Final review

Complete and collect

After remodelling, we review the fit or finish again at collection and handle any agreed final adjustment with care.

Material first

We look closely at the existing fabric, seams, and construction before suggesting a redesign. That helps keep the project realistic and grounded in what the garment can support.

Each redesign is discussed before work starts, with a clear scope and quote based on the garment review. Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed.

Reuse minded

We plan for reuse wherever possible, turning usable fabric into new details or accessories rather than treating the whole piece as waste.

Finish review

Fit and finish are checked again at collection so the final result can be reviewed carefully against the approved design and construction limits.
